Kreeper is an app pitched as a whimsical response to New Zealand's government surveillance. It is framed as a surveillance tool for the everyday Kiwi, built to revolutionise how we keep ourselves safe and secure as a society. It plays with the idea of power's role in surveillance, by giving the power back to those in society normally surveilled. The app provides the users with 24/7 VR footage of those in power within New Zealand, to monitor at their will.
