MINI CITY ALBANY: THIRTY YEAR FORECAST
By looking through the Unitary Plan, zoning changes and council resources we made a short video showing how we think Albany will change over the next three decades with many of the other "mini city centers" shown below probably changing in a similar fashion. Increased density, a large boom in businesses in the area with everything that anyone one from the surrounding area of Auckland needs close by limiting the need for large daily commutes. All this is also almost certain to fuel expansion and growth towards the Dairy flats and surrounding areas.
